"Ntuser.dat.log is corrupt and unreadable"? - messafe after wedding
I get this error messafe (literally every second, shortly after leaving the previous one) which says:
"The file or directory C: / PROGRA ~ 1 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ Jake \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ ntuser.dat.LOG undreadable is damaged. Run the Utility CHKDSK.
So I went to start and to run Chkdsk and says:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
WARNING! F parameter not specified.
Running CHKDSK in read-only mode.
Eliminate corrupt attribute record (128)
the record segment 58,571.
Repeat last two lines of a lot of time with the final number that changes with each repetition. Then, a counter on the ground, up to 100%, then the DOS window closes, and increasing the error rate.
WhWhat should I do? I restarted my computer a dozen times

Open a command prompt (click Start / Run cmd) This is a window should open and saw two old. Type chkdsk / f, then click Yes to answer the question, the next time. Re-boot your computer. will try to solve the problem at the next boot. They have tried, but again with the command "try chkdsk / F"
If this does not solve the problem, then log on as administrator, it's a completely different user login and use Ntuser.dat therefore a different file.
Delete the previous user was with and create a new account.
What happens is that you have trouble with HD, which really need to be addressed. Solve it is a very good program called SpinRite in www.grc.com that all costs of these types of problems in high definition, the $ 60 it may, there is neverHD repair another program again. I've used for over 15 years and works very well and have repaired hundreds of HD, and while this great software. This is a very clear warning that you need a new HD, you notice the warning signs.
If you still boot the original CD from the CD by pressing the Ctrl key during startup and the Advanced tab, select the BIOS to boot from the installation CD and then save and exit. Insert the CD into the drive and shutdown. and you should boot from the CD boot disk instead. In the message, that says something like writing, or choose to run repair and maintenance can be - when you're done, stop and restart, hold down the Ctrl key and change the BIOS settings back to the first boot Save to disk and exit. - Restart the system. should be permitted.
